Agreement
“By registering an advertiser account, you agree to this Agreement.”
This Advertiser Agreement applies when you (“Advertiser”) register an account or place advertising through RewardTune (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The service is our CPA network, offerwall, Market Research surveys, and CPI and CPA offers on www.rewardtune.io.
If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not register and do not add funds.
We may update this Agreement. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the Website or email the address you gave us. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Agreement. This Agreement sits alongside the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer.
Balance and refunds
Once funds are added to your advertiser purchase balance, that balance cannot be withdrawn.
Purchases and advertiser balances are not refundable. A chargeback on any transaction is treated as fraud. We may suspend the account for good, forfeit the advertiser balance, and take legal action.
Campaigns
We may edit or refuse an advertising campaign. We may reject an advertisement for any reason, including content that does not meet our rules or our quality standard.
Prohibited content
You may not advertise:
- Adult content
- Drugs or controlled substances
- Tobacco sales
- Discriminatory practices
- Hate speech, or content that incites violence
- Weapons or firearms sales
- Pharmaceutical products
- Illegal downloads or pirated content
- Any other content that is illegal under applicable law
If these rules are broken
An advertisement that breaks these rules, or that we consider unacceptable, may be removed without prior notice. No refund is issued. A violation can also close the account, without a refund of the advertiser balance.
Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled as set out in the Terms of Use, including the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
